Shipping Policy

  1. Free Shipping Across India:
    We offer free shipping to all locations within India.

  2. Processing Time:

    • Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days.
    • Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days may be shipped the same day, provided payment is complete and the item is in stock.
    • Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  3. Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 2-4 working days.
    • Non-Metro Cities: 3-6 working days.
    • Rural Areas: 5-8 working days.
    • Note: Delivery times may vary due to location, courier service, or unforeseen delays.
  4. Busy Periods:
    During peak times like holidays, shipping and processing delays may occur.

  5. Delivery Restrictions:

    • We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
    • Rural areas may require additional delivery time.
    • Customized or engraved products will be dispatched within 3 working days.
  6. Taxes and Duties:
    Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by their state government. Refusal to pay these charges may result in return costs being charged to the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy

By User:

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement without penalty, except for a 4% bank charge.
  • Cancellation is only possible if the order status is "pending."
  • To cancel, email customercare.stackcart@gmail.com
    with your order number.

General Scenario:

  • If a cancellation request is made after the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. StackCart reserves the right to decide the cancellation status, and the customer agrees to abide by this decision.

By StackCart:

  • StackCart reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or other reasons. Customers will be fully refunded in such cases and notified accordingly.
  • If a delivery failure occurs due to user errors (e.g., incorrect address), additional redelivery charges will apply.

Replacement/Return Policy

We aim to deliver items in perfect condition. However, replacements or returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • A manufacturing defect is identified.
  • A wrong item is delivered.

Conditions for Return/Replacement:

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • Damaged or altered items will not be accepted.

Process:

    with your order number and reason for return/replacement.
  2. After receiving confirmation, send the item back to us.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement will be arranged.

Return Policy:

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Our logistics partners will attempt delivery three times for replacements. If delivery fails due to unavailability or premises being locked, the customer will be charged for the order.

Refund Policy

In Case of Product or Service Issues:

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, suitable alternatives will be offered. Customers can choose between alternatives or a refund.
  • If the product is unavailable, and we cannot ship it on time, customers may receive a full refund upon request.
  • If the delivery address is outside our service area, a full refund will be issued.

Customer-Initiated Refunds:

  • Refunds will be 75% of the order cost if the customer refuses suitable replacement options.
  • Refunds will only be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
