Refund Policy

In Case of Product or Service Issues:

  1. If the replacement product is unavailable, suitable alternatives will be offered. Customers can choose between alternatives or a refund.
  2. If the product is unavailable, and we cannot ship it on time, customers may receive a full refund upon request.
  3. If the delivery address is outside our service area, a full refund will be issued.

Customer-Initiated Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be 75% of the order cost if the customer refuses suitable replacement options.
  2. Refunds will only be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
