    Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email to track your shipment in real time.

    You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the status is still “pending.” A 4% bank charge will apply.

  5. How long does it take to process my order?
    We typically process and dispatch orders within 3 working days. During peak seasons, there may be slight delays.

  6. Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only offer shipping within India.

  7. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, and popular digital wallets like Paytm, Google Pay, and more.

  8. Can I return or exchange my order?
    Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 48 hours if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For other reasons, please contact customer support.

    Yes, we guarantee the authenticity of all our products. We source directly from trusted manufacturers and suppliers.

  11. What happens if my order is delayed?
    If your order is delayed, you will be notified via email, and we will do our best to expedite the process.

  12. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
    If your order hasn’t been processed, you can contact us to change the address. Once dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

  13. How do I know if an item is in stock?
    Product availability is shown on the product page. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for notifications to know when it's back in stock.

  14. Do you offer gift wrapping?
    Yes! We offer gift wrapping services. Just select the option at checkout.

  15. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
    If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
